No. ALL access drives the controllers you already run, including S4A, Dahua, Suprema, ZKTeco and Hikvision. Provision them once and manage everything from the cloud. And if you have none — if your doors are on keys today — you are not out of scope: the controllers, readers and the fitting are quoted separately from the subscription, and your operator does the work. Tell us how many doors and we will price it.

It is not part of the subscription, and it depends on the door: the controller, the reader, the lock or exit device, the cabling and the fitter's time. We quote it per site once we know how many doors you have and what is on them today. The prices on our pricing page are the software only.

The controller keeps making access decisions on its cached credentials, and exit is always hardware fail-safe. Events sync back the moment the connection returns.

Yes, and here is exactly what it is. Length: 14 days. Doors: 1. Employee records: 10. No card is required. There is no free tier afterwards: when the trial ends you choose a plan, and if you do not, the console locks — your controllers keep working, the cards on them keep working, and your data stays and stays exportable. We set the trial up when we open your account, which is why the buttons on this site lead to a short form rather than to a signup page.

Every organisation is isolated in the database itself, deny-by-default. Passwords are hashed and two-factor secrets encrypted. Leave documents — the most sensitive thing the product holds — are encrypted before they reach storage. And every action that changes something is recorded in an append-only, hash-chained audit log you can verify yourself. Our Privacy Policy sets out the same list, including where it stops.
